113-foot, 12-story mid-century modern cooperative-apartment building completed in 1963. Designed by George G. Miller, it is clad in white brick, with horizontal bands of dark-blue brick on the north facade. The ground floor on the avenue has metal-and-glass storefronts, with two more storefront bays at the east end of the north facade. The main entrance is to the right, in a grey stone surround, with glass double-doors between glass sidelights, covered by a rounded, black canvas canopy.

The upper floors on the north facade have two bays of triple-windows in the middle, with a single-window bay, another triple-window bay, and a double-window bay to either side. They all have white metal framing and stone sills above the dark-blue bands, and there are air-conditioning vents below the triple-window bays.

The east facade's upper floors have a bay of double-windows at the north end, a bay of small bathroom windows in the middle, and two triple-window bays at the south end.

The rear, west-facing facade has a bay of single-windows on the north half, and two triple-windows on the south half. The building was converted to a co-op in 1988, with 69 apartments. The ground floor at the east end is occupied by Smokey's Convenience Store, The Garden Wellness Club, and La Delice Pastry Shop.
