5-story Neo-Grec residential building completed in 1871. It is faced in grey smooth-stucco above a modernized ground floor with a recessed storefront with glass double-doors, and on the left the residential entrance with a metal-and-glass door. The upper floors have three bays of single-windows with black-painted stone surrounds, peaked at the tops. A black iron fire escape runs down the northern two bays of the facade, which is crowned by a black metal roof cornice with brackets, sawtooth dentils, and small panels with rosettes. The ground floor is occupied by a Baskin Robbins-Dunkin'.
