A row of three matching 3-story Neo-Georgian mixed-use buildings completed together in 1867. They are clad in orange brick above varied ground-floor storefronts, one of which spans both the southern two buildings. The upper floors each have three bays of single-windows with flat brownstone sills and lintels. The facades are crowned by three matching, modillioned white wooden roof cornices.

The south facade along 27th Street only has one window at the center of each floor. There is a 2-story rear addition, and the ground-floor restaurant space has a projecting section that extends back into the addition. This projecting space is topped by a sloped metal roof, and begins near the west end. At the far east end there is a black metal service door. The 2nd floor at the addition has four single-windows and is topped by an iron fence.

The ground floor of the southern two buildings is occupied by The Gem Saloon, and at the north building by 379 Dispensary, and Soft Swerve ice cream shop.
