131-foot, 15-story modernist residential building completed in 1964. Designed by A. Rollin Caughey, it is roughly L-shaped, with the main bulk on the west end rising 15 floors and a narrower 14-story wing extending to Third Avenue. The facade is clad in light-brown brick. The narrow east facade on Third Avenue has a commercial storefront at the ground floor, with two bays of small single-windows on the upper floors, where horizontal banding runs across every third floor. At the 13th floor there is a tripartite window at the north bay and a deeply recessed balcony at the south bay, with the south end of this floor setting back before the 14th floor, which has a single-window. The north-facing elevation of this wing is clad in red brick with a grid pattern of beige brick, and has a few small single-windows.

The east end of the main south facade has two storefront bays, with two more small storefronts and a metal service door near the west end of the east wing. There is a tripartite window at the far end, where this wing joins the larger west wing. The upper floors have two bays of tripartite windows at each end, while in between there are two double-windows, a single-window, and two more tripartite-window bays. At the 2nd bay from the west and the 3rd from the east there are spandrels between floors with darker brown brick, extending up to the 10th floor. Except for the single-windows, each bay has a metal air-conditioning vent below it. The west end bay sets back above the 10th floor, with the window pattern changing at the 11th-13th floors. There are recessed balconies at both ends of the 13th floor, and a set-back area at the middle of the 14th floor.

The west wing is largely divided into two halves, with the eastern one (forming the middle of the full south facade) set back a bit, clad in textured grey stone at the ground floor, and having two projecting, half-octagonal bays beginning at the 3rd floor. The eastern one is composed of balconies with short metal railings topping the brick, while the western one is enclosed, with a band of windows wrapping around the bay. Between these projecting bays are a single-window and a tripartite-window bay, and to either side is a single-window and tripartite-window bay. There is also a single-window on both side-facing walls framing the recessed area. The main entrance is at the west end of the recessed area, with glass sliding doors down a couple of steps from the sidewalk, below a peaked grey canvas canopy extending out over the sidewalk. There are some areas of replacement red brick on a few of the balconies, which end at the 12th floor. There is a setback with a metal railing above the 13th floor, and another terraced setback to the top floor penthouse level.

The west side of the main wing has four bays of tripartite windows (one wider) and an end bay of double-windows. All the windows have white metal framing. At the ground floor the four larger bays are recessed and fronted by planters. The middle bay has brown brick spandrels beginning above the 2nd floor and extending to the 11th, where there is a setback.

At the far west end is a ramp down to the underground parking garage. Near the middle of the roof on the main wing is a brick-clad water tank enclosure. The building contains 175 apartment units. The ground floor at the east wing is occupied by Meicasa Nail Spa, Sorella coffee shop, and Vanity Fair Cleaners.
