5-story residential building completed in 1876 as a 4-story building. The 5th floor was added sometime in the late-1900s. It is clad in red brick above a white stone base with a metal-and-glass storefront, and to the left the main entrance with a glass door and tall transom. The upper floors have four bays of single-windows with bracketed stone sills and curved stone lintels. The newer top floor is clad in ribbed sheet metal, with four metal-framed single-windows. A black metal fire escape runs down the southern three bays, and the building is crowned by a metal railing enclosing a roof terrace. The ground floor is occupied by Coppola's Trattoria.
