4-story residential building completed sometime around 1880. It is clad in red brick. The ground floor has a modernized storefront of black metal and glass, with a glass door on the left. To the right of the storefront is the entrance to the upper floors, with a black metal-framed glass door below a window that extends up to the 2nd floor and forms the north end of a window band spanning across most of this floor.

The top two floors have three bays of single-windows with brownstone sills and black metal cornices. A black metal fire escape runs down the northern two bays of the facade, which is crowned by a black metal roof cornice. The ground floor is occupied by Candle Cafe.
