150-foot, 16-story residential building completed in 2004. The narrow front facade is clad in brick, partially beige and partially painted a salmon color. The north third of the facade has beige brick beginning at the 3rd floor, and at every fourth floor, there is a band across the facade where the brick colors switch. The entrance is on the right, with recessed metal-and-glass double-doors below a small metal canopy. To the left is a metal service door.

The upper floors have tripartite windows in the north bay and double-windows in the south bay, each in black metal framing, with air-conditioning vents below them. The exposed upper part of the south elevation is salmon-painted brick, with a bay of single-windows at the front and at the rear. The beige strips every fourth floor extend partway onto this facade. The very front of the north elevation is exposed, with a bay of single-windows, and the salmon-colored banding every fourth floor also extending onto this facade.

The building contains 30 apartment units for seniors.
