4-story (including raised basement) residential building completed in the mid-1800s. It is clad in light-blue painted brick above a dark-brown rusticated brownstone basement. A stoop on the left with wrought-iron handrails and newel posts leads up to the parlor-floor entrance, with blue wood-and-glass double-doors and transom recessed in a segmental-arched opening framed by white wooden moldings, with a curved lintel on top. To the right are two parlor-floor windows with white wooden panels at the bases, and below are two segmental-arched basement windows with iron grilles, behind a low wrought-iron fence with an elaborate pattern.

The upper floors have three bays of windows, and all the windows above the basement have flat, blue-grey stone lintels and blue-grey exterior wooden shutters. The facade is crowned by a black metal roof cornice with console brackets and panels. The house has been divided into apartments.
