11-story residential building completed in 1945. It is clad in red brick, with a central entrance recessed atop a single step. It has glass-and-metal double-doors below a rounded, grey canvas canopy extending out over the sidewalk, and is set between a pair of low, brick planters walls, topped by iron railings and with curved ends. To either side of the entry, behind the landscaping, the ground floor has a tripartite window.

The upper floors have three bays of small double-windows (above metal vents) paired with French doors opening onto small, projecting balconies with metal railings. There is also a band of three short but wide horizontal windows below the main windows and balconies at the 3rd floor, and there is more space between the 6th & 7th floors, above which is a setback marked by three cutouts crossed by metal railings. The set-back top floors are similar to those below, but without balconies at the south bay, and there is a water tank visible on the roof. The building contains 53 apartment units.
