4-story mixed-use building originally completed sometime around the mid-1800s as a townhouse. It is clad in white-painted stucco at the upper floors. At some point the lower two floors were converted to commercial use, with the windows removed from the 2nd floor, and a storefront inserted at the ground floor. The black (previously a bright blue) metal storefront projects out from the rest of the facade, and has a door at the west end, with windows in the middle. At the east end is the entrance to the apartments on the upper floors, with a recessed black metal door between iron pilasters. The storefront is topped by a sloped black metal roof.

The upper floors have two bays of single-windows with bracketed stone sills and cornices. The facade is crowned by a white wooden roof cornice with scrolled brackets and panels,
