4-story (plus raised basement) commercial building originally completed as a row house likely sometime around the 1850s. The facade is clad in red brick above a black wood-and-glass basement space framed by stone columns, with a stoop to the right. The parlor-floor entrance has paneled wooden double-doors and a transom set in a brownstone surround with a cornice. To the left are two tall French windows and a shallow balcony with iron railing.

The upper floors have three bays of single-windows with simple stone sills (the lintels have been removed). A black iron fire escape runs down the western two bays of the facade, which is crowned by a white metal roof cornice with brackets and a foliate frieze.

The lower floors are occupied by LB33 cocktail bar, formerly Middle Branch.
