5-story commercial building completed in 1920. The facade has white stone piers at the ends, decorated with black cast-iron outlines and ornament. At the north end is a glass door, and next to it is a glass double-door, with a plate-glass window at the south end. The ground floor is topped by a band of brown tiles.

The upper floors have bands of four double-windows separated by black iron mullions. A metal cornice sets off the top floor, and a larger, bracketed metal cornice marks the roof line.
