4-story Italianate residential building originally completed in 1874. Designed by Louis E. Duenkel, it is clad in white-painted brick above a ground floor with a black metal-and-glass storefront (with glass double-doors on the right), and an entrance to the upper floors on the left, with a brown iron-and-glass door next to a paneled, brown end pier.

The upper floors have three bays of single-windows with brownstone sills and lintels topped by brown metal cornices. A black metal fire escape runs down part of the facade, which is crowned by a brown metal roof cornice with paired geometric brackets, modillions, dentils, and panels; the neighboring building to the west has a matching roof cornice. The ground floor is occupied by Milanes restaurant.
