5-story residential building completed sometime around the 1870s. The facade is clad in light-grey brick above a ground floor with black-painted brick and metal-and-glass storefronts. The centered main entrance has a glass door atop two red-tiled steps. The upper floors have eight bays of single-windows, grouped into two halves. They have simple stone sills and flat lintels. A black metal fire escape runs down the middle two bays of the facade, which is crowned by a black metal roof cornice with scrolled brackets. The ground floor is occupied by Upholstery Style, and Pin Framing.
