7-story Mid-century-modern residential building completed in 1961. Designed by Sidney Goldhammer, it is clad in red brick with a white-brick ground floor. The facade is slightly set back behind landscaping beds enclosed by low red-brick walls and white iron railings. The central main entrance has glass double-doors, sidelights, and a curved metal canopy, down a couple steps from the sidewalk. Above it the upper floors have double-windows in the center bay.

To either side is a single-window bay and three bays of double-windows; there are iron grilles on the ground floor (white in the east bays and black in the west bays). The three middle bays are framed by a pair of vertical band of white brick at the upper floors, and covered by a black iron fire escape starting at the 3rd floor. There are smaller fire escapes at the end bays. Each bay has a metal air-conditioning vent below it, and the roof line is marked by a simple stone coping.

The building contains 69 apartment units.
