150-foot, 12-story Beaux-Arts cooperative-apartment building completed in 1914. Designed by Charles B. Meyers, it is clad in buff-colored brick above a 2-story, cream-colored limestone base. The main entrance is at the west end, with glass double-doors below a green canvas canopy. There is a service entrance at the east end, and a metal-and-glass storefront in between, topped by metal panels. The 2nd floor has a band of four windows in the middle, and single-window end bays. The base is topped by a stone band course.

The upper floors have single-window end bays, and four windows in the middle that are separated by white terra-cotta pilasters. A band course sets off the top two floors, which have white stone quoins framing the end bays. The roof line features a stone cornice above the middle bay, and parapets extending up above the end bays, highlighted by stone shields and ribbons.

The east elevation has five bays of single-windows without ornament. The building was converted to a co-op in 1982, with 11 apartments. The ground floor is occupied by Kidville.
