7-story Italian-Renaissance residential building completed in 1924. Designed by Emery Roth for the New York Presbytery as a community center for working-class immigrants, it has since been converted into a residential building. It consists of a 7-story section at the west end, and a larger 6-story section extending to Second Avenue. Both are clad in tan brick and terra-cotta, and share a 2-story limestone base. The ground floor is lined with modernized storefronts in a variety of materials. The storefront along Second Avenue extends out past the building line. The main entrance is now at the south end of the east facade on the avenue, with aluminum-framed glass double-doors recessed in a stone round-arch that extends out to match the storefront directly north. There is a small patio atop the entryway, with a white wrought-iron basket-style railing.

The 2nd floor has six bays on the east facade, and 10 along the north facade, each with a segmental-arch containing a tripartite window. At the base of each of these is a dark-brown iron band with five square panels enclosing circles. The upper floors have the same number of bays, with paired windows, round-arched on the 6th floors. The 7th floor at the west end has eight smaller, round-arched single-windows. Above the 3rd-floor windows are stone cornices carried on three brackets, connecting to the stone sills of the 4th floor. There are square, geometric brick spandrels between the 4th-6th floors, and round-arches encompassing the windows pairs at the 6th floor, each highlighted by a roundel in the middle. The roof line is capped by a scalloped cornice.

The building contains 83 apartment units. The ground floor is occupied by KFC, Tio Pio chicken, YD Nails, 99-cent Pizza, Zee Smoke & Convenience, Fly E-Bike, and the entrance to the Upright Citizens Bridge theater.
