8-story residential building completed in 1900. Designed by Frederick C. Zobel as an office building, it is clad in dark grey-painted brick and cast-iron. Each floor has four metal-framed windows divided by iron mullions, except for the top floor, where they are separated by brick pilasters. A round-arch encompasses the windows on the 7th floor. A dark-grey metal fire escape zig-zags down the facade, covering most of its surface. The ground floor is occupied by Mista Oh Korean restaurant.
