6-story cooperative-apartment building completed in 1886 as a bakery. The facade is clad in brick, once all painted beige, but now mostly red (the base and brick frames around the round-arched windows are still beige). The center bay has three round-arched windows per floor, with the middle one taller. It is flanked on either side by a bay of paired square-headed windows, and end bays of paired round-arched windows. Metal balconies front the arched bays, connected at the edges by fire escape ladders behind metal mesh screens. The roof line has a brick parapet with stone coping.

The building was converted to a residential cooperative with 42 units in 1960.
