181-foot, 20-story and 4-story cooperative-apartment building completed in 1964. Designed by Hyman Isaac Feldman, the two buidings are separated by a courtyard in the middle of the block. The taller building on 14th Street set notched setbacks above the 15th floor. The building on 15th Street's end bays are set back above the 12th floor. Both are clad in red brick with grey metal framed windows. Those on the north building are all doubles and triples, while the south building also has 5-paned window units. Dark brick string courses run along the top edge of the windows at each floor, and wrap around both buildings' sides.

The main entrance is on the east end of the north building's front facade, with a low brick and iron wall in front of the rest of the ground floor, and an entrance to the underground parking garage at the far western end. A projecting metal cornice caps the roof line on the north building. The south building's ground floor is occupied by Discount Mart, Magazine Co. Cafe, Union Square Optical, and Club Clio boutique. The complex was converted to a cooperative in 1984,with a total of 429 apartments.
