7-story cooperative-apartment building completed in 1962. It has a wide 7-story frontage on 13th Street, and a narrower, 6-story facade on 14th, both clad in red brick. On the 13th Street side, a low brick wall fronts the main wall, topped by a low wrought-iron railings around plantings. The facade has a mix of triple-, double-, and single-windows; the end bays are recessed and there is a garage door in the western end bay's ground floor. The windows all have white metal framing. There are two red metal fire escapes running down the facade, which has a brick parapet with two rows of small, square cutouts.

The north facade on 14th Street has four bays of double-windows, also framed in white metal. There are two more red metal fire escapes and the same style of roof parapet. The ground floor is occupied by Secret of Treasures fashion & accessories, and General Vision. The building contains 83 apartments.
