4-story Italianate residential building completed in the 1850s as a townhouse. It is clad in brownstone, with a metal and glass basement storefront. The facade is three bays wide, with a handsome entrance on the left, at the top of a stoop with wrought-iron railings. Above the door is a dentiled lintel, topped by a round-arched transom. The doorway is framed by pillars with console brackets supporting a triangular pediment. Above the short attic-level windows, the facade is crowned by a bracketed and paneled roof cornice. The storefront is occupied by Corcoran real estate.
