6-story residential building completed in 1954. It is one of three buildings on the block erected at the same time as the Snug Harbor Development. Designed by Hyman Isaac Feldman, the building is an H in plan, with a pair of small light courts cut into both the north and south facades. It is clad in red brick, except for the eastern elevation and interior walls of the east light court, where it is tan brick up to the roof parapet, which is in red. The ground floor around the entrance on 9th Street is clad in white marble.The windows are double and single casement, with the center sections of each wing having connected stone sills and lintels, and vertical lines of protruding brick between the casements. A number of air conditioning units dots the facade, and there are black metal fire escape at the light courts, and the small insets on the west side.

The ground floor storefront lining University Place and 8th Street are occupied by Knickerbocker Bar & Grill, Meurice garment care, Gristedes supermarket, a Capitol One bank branch, a Subway restaurant, Mama's Cooking restaurant, Bleu sur Bleu hair salon, Crumbs gluten-free bakery, Dashing Nail, and a Santander bank branch.
