6-story cooperative-apartment building completed in 1952. Designed by Hyman Isaac Feldman, it has two light courts on each side, with the recessed entrances located in the two northern courts. The facade is clad in brown brick, with a regular pattern of single and double windows. Stone sills and lintels join those in the center of each facade section, and connect the outer windows to the facade corners. External air conditioning units dot the facade, and black metal fire escapes are located on the interior elevations of the light courts, and also on a pair of recessed areas on each of the side facades. The building contains 121 apartment units. The ground floor is occupied by Ricky's Urban Groove, Fancy 8 Cleaners, Jay Nails, a Verizon Wireless store, Burger Creations, Games Workshop, and Au Bon Pain restaurant.
