10-story residential building completed in 1929. Designed by Charles F. Winkelman, it is clad in brown brick. It is seven bays across, with slightly wider end bays. Brick quoins line the corners, up to the 9th floor. A stone band course tops the 2nd floor, and a stone cornice sets off the top floor, where the windows have splayed lintels with keystones. The building contains 53 apartment units.
