150-foot, 12-story cooperative-apartment building completed in 1909. Designed as a loft and warehouse building, it has two bays of three windows each. It is clad in limestone, with a 2-story base that has rusticated outer piers on tall grey granite bases, with hanging garland ornamentation at their tops. The 2nd floor has pilasters with decorated caps, and the base is topped by a dentiled cornice. The upper floors have simple recessed windows divided by plain stone pilasters. The 9th floor has another dentiled cornice and the same hanging garland ornamentation on the piers as below. The top floor has round-arched windows, with keystones that intersect the roof parapet. Both of the side walls are clad in brown brick with a couple columns of windows. The building was converted to a co-op in 1984 with 22 residential units. The ground floor is occupied by Bernd Goeckler Antiques.
