5-story Italianate residential building completed in the 1870s as a store-and-loft building. The ground floor has fluted cast-iron columns missing their capitals, supporting a modillioned cornice. The upper floors are faced in white stone, with three bays of round-arched windows, with the center window on each floor being larger. The windows have stone sills with corbelled feet, and are joined by stone sill courses and string courses at the beginning point of each arch. The facade is crowned by a white modillioned roof cornice. The ground floor is occupied by the U.S. Marine Corps Career Center.
