4-story residential building completed around 1830 as townhouse. It is clad in off-white-painted brick, with stone sills and lintels on the windows. The black wood roof cornice tops the facade. Around 1900, it was converted to a manufacturing loft building, with a garage door installed at the ground floor. It was re-converted to residential as apartments around the 1970s.
