238-foot, 22-story modernist residential building completed in 2012. Designed by GF55 Partners, it contains 168 apartment units. The building is clad in sections of red and beige brick, with metal framing around corner windows on both both southwest and southeast corners. The piers of the red brick sections extend to the ground, while the beige brick sections have a 2-story base of limestone. The main entrance is located near the west side of the facade on 25th Street, with a suspended metal and glass canopy. A small 1-story extension on the west has a parking garage entrance. There is a setback above the 15th floor, above which the southeast corner has wraparound balconies. The building takes its name from the neighboring Chelsea-Elliott Houses housing project.
