6-story cooperative-apartment building completed in 1930 as a paper warehouse. It was converted to apartments in 1978, with 45 units, and made a cooperative in 1985. The Jane Street facade is clad in dark red brick, while the exposed western facade is blank concrete, punctuated by a few random windows. Several of the former window bays on Jane Street have been filled in.
