11-story postmodern residential building originally completed in 1905. Designed by Renwick, Aspinwall & Owen as a 7-story warehouse, with a section of the High Line railway running through the building at the 3rd level.

In 2003, a complete redevelopment was undertaken, designed by Gene Kaufman and Karl Fischer. The new building, raised to 11 floors and completed in 2005, contains 67 rental apartments. It is clad in variegated light-colored brick. On the eastern side of the 3rd and 4th floors (where the facade was open to allow the railway to pass through) it has been filled in with metal panels framing triple windows, contrasting with the double window spacing of the floors below and above. There are setbacks above the 8th and 9th floors, with landscaped terraces. The building is entered via a courtyard at the northern end, on Washington Street.
