12-story residential building completed in 1926. Designed by Sugarman & Berger, it is clad in red brick with terra-cotta ornament. A thick dentilled cornice above the third floor sets off the base from the shaft of the building. Another cornice separates the top two floors. Many of the windows on the 2nd, 7th & 12th floor are topped with small arches enframing carved lion heads, with small semicircular wrought-iron balconies below the center window of each grouping.

The ground floor is occupied by Tower Cleaners, Amorino Gelato, and Aesop skin care.
