5-story residential building completed in 1891. Designed by George F. Pelham as a brownstone apartment house, its 4-bay upper floors have alternating bands of smooth and rock-faced brownstone and stone window frames. The top floor windows are arched and unified by a cornice band. A black iron fire escape runs down the center of the facade. The central entrance has a smalls stoop flanked by iron areaway railings on either side, around the grey-painted basement.
