3-story Greek-revival residential building completed in 1841 as a rowhouse. Clad in red brick with three bays of windows, it retains the original pilastered doorway and stoop with wrought-iron railings. A shee-tmetal rain gutter was added to the black roof cornice in the late 1900s.
