4-story residential building completed in 1847 as a townhouse. The 3-bay front facade has been stuccoed, painted white. The fourth floor was added around 1900. A heavy Gothic rib-molding surrounds the front door, possibly suggesting the original style of the house. This is further echoed in the design of the cast-iron newel posts.
