4-story Greek-revival residential building completed in 1839 as a 3.5-story townhouse for Aaron King. It was altered around 1900 to provide a basement entrance in place of the original stoop, when it was also raised to four full floors, clad in red brick, plus the raised basement. The 3-bay facade is topped by a white bracketed roof cornice.
