5-story residential building completed in 1851 as a 3.5-story townhouse. It has been extensively altered through the years, with the top floor added around 1900. It is clad in red-painted brick. The 3rd & 4th floors have stone sills and metal cornices on the three bays of windows, while the top floor has a black metal framed studio window with five panels. The 2nd-floor windows are smaller. The building is crowned by a simple, black metal roof cornice.
