6-story residential building completed in 1921. Designed by Charles B. Meyers, this apartment building has a plain brown brick facade above a white stone storefront. The center bay is wider, flanked by four single-windows on each side. The main entryway is framed by fluted columns, and sits below a rounded arch, with a small, balustraded balcony above. The edges of the upper floors have brick quoins, and a pair of iron fire escapes run down the facade. A stone string course cross the base of the top floor, above which is a small dentiled stone cornice and a parapet with stone coping. The ground floor is occupied by Cho Cho San Japanese restaurant, Crown Cleaners, and Eva's Restaurant & Supplements.
