5-story residential building originally completed in 1849 as two Gothic-revival townhouses for Henry Brevoort, Jr. The Gothic details have been removed, leaving the 6-bay facade with just smooth brown stuccoed walls, a parapet instead of the roof cornice, and sharing a common basement entrance in lieu of the original stoops. A brown metal fire escape runs down the center of the exterior.

It was demolished in 2022 to make way for an ultraluxury supertall tower.
