156-foot, 16-story cooperative-apartment building completed in 1925. Designed by Sugarman & Berger, it has a 2-story smooth ashlar stone base, with brown brick cladding above. The windows are organized into three single windows in the center of each floor, with a double window at each end bay. The central entrance is framed by four flat pilasters with stylized capitals supporting a cornice and narrow wrought-iron balcony railing at the 2nd floor, where the center window has a stone enframement topped by a stone eschutcheon and swag.

The 3rd and 4th floors have splayed stone lintels (with keystones at the 3rd floor), while the higher floors have brick headers and stone sills. The next to top two floors are ornamented with terra-cotta pilasters having an iron balcony below and entablature above. The top floors is red brick with three round-arched above the center windows.
