161-foot, 14-story residential building completed in 1922. Designed by Emery Roth, it is clad in purplish-red brick in Flemish bond. The detail is of colored terra-cotta in the Spanish Renaissance style, which may be seen in the third floor balcony and hooded arches above the windows, and at the arches and balconies at the next to top two floors. The two main center bays each have three windows, while the end bays have slightly wider single-windows.
