7-story Neo-Federal residential building completed in 1925. Designed by Sugarman & Berger, it has three bays of arched windows at the top, and a round-arched Georgian doorway with a broken pediment. It is clad in ironspot brick, and has a small iron balcony in the center of the top floor. The windows have flat stone lintels on the 3rd-5th floors, and splayed lintels with keystones on the 2nd & 6th floors. The facade is capped by a stepped brick parapet with stone coping.
