5-story Gothic-revival residential building originally completed in 1848 as a townhouse. It is clad in red brick above a brownstone basement. The stoop was once removed, but was restored in 2013-2014. The three bays of windows have white stone eared lintels, and there are small iron balconies at the center window of the top two floors.
