4-story storage building originally completed as a parking garage in 1941. In 2023, it was converted into a self storage building, with a new facade of silver, black, and white metal paneling. A taller, narrower section at the west end is black with a random pattern of panels in varying rectangle sizes, with white accent panels. The wider east section has regularly-sized silver panels, with a random pattern of smaller square, black accent panels. At the ground floor there are two vehicle doors, and plate-glass windows and various doors on either side.
