6-story Italianate residential building originally completed in about 1851 as a 4-story rowhouse. In the late 1970s, the facade was totally stripped and refaced in three bays of dark brown brick and white stucco, the basement was converted into a 1st story, and a 6th story was added. The 1st and 6th floors are completely stuccoed. A metal fire escape runs down the face of the building. The ground floor is occupied by PANYC Salon.
