A trio of 3-story Italianate residential building originally completed as rowhouses in 1846. They were adapted for commercial use in 1869 through 1885, and given new storefronts in 1919 and again in 1954. The buildings were joined together in 1964.

No. 929 has a tall, modern glass and metal storefront at the ground floor. The paneled metal frame is painted pale green, and there is a large grid of leaded glass above the show windows. Above this, the facade is clad in red brick, and the 1919 storefront at the 2nd floor remains, with a row of three contiguous show windows framed in white-painted wood (a central pane flanked by pivoting windows with transoms), crowned by a small white cornice. At the 3rd floor three square-headed windows with small stone sills and molded stone lintels appear. A dentiled, bracketed green sheet-metal roof cornice with three panels surmounts the whole.

No. 931 has a modern white-painted glass and metal storefront at the ground floor. Above this, the facade is faced with red brick. At the 2nd and 3rd floors, rows of three contiguous show windows framed in wood (a central pane flanked by pivoting windows with transoms) appear. These also date from 1919-1920. The row at the 2nd floor is topped by a row of wooden recessed panels, corresponding in size to the windows below. The 3rd floor is topped by a row of three narrow, wooden panels, the central one corresponds to the window below, while those at the sides extend to the edges of the building. A dentiled and modillioned white metal roof cornice surmounts the whole.

At No. 933, above a modern glass and metal storefront at the ground floor, a row of three contiguous windows framed in metal (a central pane with a transom flanked by pivoting panes with transoms) is topped by an elaborate projecting metal cornice, all painted pale green. Above this, the facade, which is faced in red brick, is pierced by three square-headed windows with stone sills and molded stone lintels supported by impost blocks. A bracketed brown metal roof cornice (bearing the address of the building at the extreme right and left) surmounts the whole.

The ground floors are occupied respectively by Flatiron Wines & Spirits, Le Pain Quotidien restaurant, and Peter Manning men's clothing store.
