7-story residential building completed in about 1908. The beige-brick building with terra-cotta ornament and a red iron cornice fills most of the narrow triangular lot between Lafayette and Mulberry Streets. The ground floor is painted white, with horizontal stone stripes. The eastern facade has four bays of triple-windows with iron mullions and splayed stone lintels on the 2nd floor, plus a bay of two single windows at the north end, all of which have splayed stone lintels. The rest of the floors at the four main bays have paneled spandrels. Band courses set off the 3rd floor and top floor, which has brick piers separating the windows instead of mullions. The bright red roof cornice is brackets and paneled, and an iron fire escape runs down the southernmost bay.

The south facade is stuccoed, painted beige, with two bays of double-windows. The western facade on Lafayette Street is basically the same as on Mulberry, except for having the northern bay slightly projecting. An advertisement covers the narrow northern facade. The ground floor is occupied by Shimna Sentient furniture, Jacques Torres Chocolate, Menscience salon, and Gasoline Alley coffee.
