4-story residential building completed in 1940 as a reworking of an existing structure. The alterations were designed by architects Shampan & Shampan. Originally, the site housed two 19th-century houses, which were joined internally in 1902 to become a museum, a movie theater in 1913, and then a factory in 1915. The 1940 alterations including adding the fourth floor and a new facade, and opening the building as the Clover Hotel. It has six bays, with two of the bays having paired windows. The facade is clad in red brick, painted white at the ground floor. It is topped by a brick parapet with sandstone coping.

In the early 1970s, the Clover Hotel was taken over by Beth Israel Medical Center for its Morris Bernstein Halfway House. In 1998, it was converted to residential apartments. The ground floor is occupied by The Hole art gallery.
