5-story Italianate residential building completed in about 1832 as a 3.5-story house. It was raised to five floors in 1854. Shortly thereafter, it was used as a boardinghouse - until 1921 when the building was used as a factory, remaining in commercial use until the 1970s. A rear extension was built in 1947, when the building was home to Cook's Hotel & Restaurant Supply Company. Most recently, the building was converted to condominiums.

It is three bays wide, with red-painted brick above a black cast-iron storefront with curved glass, topped with an iron cornice. The upper floors have stone lintels on the windows, and a green iron fire escape covers the facade. At the roof line is a brown wooden cornice with scrolled brackets.
