6-story modernist residential building completed in 2002. Designed by Meltzer Mandl Architects, it was the first new residential condominium building to be built on the Bowery north of Houston Street. 57 Bond Street spearheaded the revitalization of the NoHo neighborhood. It has a curved exterior above the first-floor base, executed in grey stone and glass. The ground floor has large storefront windows, and on the north side, a taller grey wall of stone blocks with more storefront windows. The upper floors are set back from the north wall, curved on the 2nd-4th floors on the north facade. There is a bay of four windows on the west end, with a bay of very small, square windows separating the east part of the facade, which has wider 9-window bay.

The top floors are set back behind the curved facade (which has a planted terrace on its roof), with projecting sections of grey panels alternating with lighter panels. There is a recessed, 1-bay notch to the west of the curved lower facade. On the east facade along Bowery are two recessed bays of darker grey panels. There is also a planted rooftop deck. The ground floor is occupied by Curve boutique.
